My deepest condolences to the Schiavo family…To respect them, let this politically motivated Christian Fundamentalist right-wing inspired war end

Why is it politically motivated? To take the side of most Americans? No, it is clear most Americans did not support keeping Terri alive. To take the side of the base? No, most Republicans didn’t support keeping her alive either. To give back to the evangelicals? No, most evangelicals thought that he shouldnt have lived.
Why then?
I pray that Terri is not forgotten, that her death will light the fire beneath all those that value EVERY American life, not just those that measure up to a liberal “value-of-life” that cares neither for children (liberals support abortion), or for the elderly (liberals support assisted suicide). It is a dark day for all of America that we turned the other way and let Terri die in a manner every US court would send someone to jail for if the did it to a dog or cat. That anyone could support the actions of her husband shows just how far the left has fallen from having any sense of morals.
It’s money motivated more so than politcally motivated (at least for her parents).
